This section can display multiple questions and answers in a clear, organized manner, and provides primary and secondary action buttons to enhance the customer experience.

Configuration Options

  1. Color Scheme

    • Color Scheme

      • Purpose: Choose the overall color scheme for the section to ensure consistency with the website’s design style.

  2. Title

    • Title

      • Purpose: Add a title for the FAQ section, such as “Frequently Asked Questions.”

    • Description

      • Purpose: Add a brief description to help users understand the purpose or content of this section.

  3. Content Settings

    • Open First FAQ Item

      • Purpose: Check this option to have the first FAQ item expanded by default when the page loads.

    • Show Order Numbers

      • Purpose: Check this option to display order numbers for each FAQ item, making it easier for users to identify and reference questions.

  4. Primary Button

    • Icon

      • Purpose: Choose an icon for the primary button, such as “Chat” or another suitable icon.

    • Button Text

      • Purpose: Set the text for the primary button, such as “Contact Us.” Leave this field empty to hide the primary button if not needed.

    • Button Link

      • Purpose: Add a link or search path for the button, so customers are directed to the relevant page when clicked.

  5. Secondary Button

    • Icon

      • Purpose: Choose an icon for the secondary button, such as “Phone” or another suitable icon.

    • Button Text

      • Purpose: Set the text for the secondary button, such as “Call Us.” Leave this field empty to hide the secondary button if not needed.

    • Button Link

      • Purpose: Add a link or search path for the button, so customers are directed to the relevant page when clicked.

Unit Block Settings

  • Question:Purpose: Enter the text for each frequently asked question, such as “How can I contact customer support?”

  • Answer:Purpose: Provide detailed answers to the questions, ensuring the content is clear and accurate.

  • Page Content:Purpose: Display content from the selected page, which takes priority over the answer input field.
